Cancellation Policy
We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
- **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost, which will be automatically billed to the credit card on file.
- **No-Show Policy**: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: All appointments must be scheduled online. We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling via phone or text.
